*It is important that all riders understand and acknowledge The Sisters Transportation LLC policy*

 

All riders will be provided with a binding contract via email before The Sisters Transportation LLC provides service or accept payments. 

 

The driver can only wait three minutes after scheduled pick up time for school riders. If the rider has not arrived within the allotted waiting time, the driver will proceed to the next destination. The driver will not return to pick-up the rider. It will be the responsibility of the responsible party to transport the rider to school. If this happens, the responsible party must inform The Sisters Transportation LLC that the rider will be dropped off at normal destination. 

 

For private riders, the driver will wait 15 minutes after scheduled pick up time and if the riders don’t arrive within the allotted waiting time the ride will be cancelled without refund.  A 50% deposit is made at booking. The remaining balance should be paid in full 48 hours prior to event date. If full amount isn’t received two days prior, the trip is cancelled and the client’s deposit will not be refunded. 

 

For school riders, all payments are due on the 1st of each month. Late charges are $5 daily and starts on the 3rd of each month. After the 5th of each month, rider/s will not be transported until payment is received in full. 

 

There will be no changes made on day of service. The driver will adhere to previous agreed upon contract between riders and The Sisters Transportation LLC. 

 

Courtesy

 

• The driver should not have to honk for riders upon arrival

• The driver should not have to operate the vehicle under unbearable noise volumes

• The driver should not have to make unscheduled stops for personal errands

• Monitor your speaking voice when on personal cell phone

Safety

 

• Safely picking up and dropping off at scheduled and appointed destinations

• The maintenance of the vehicle is kept in proper and safe operating condition

• The vehicles are sanitized daily to prevent germs and/or viruses

• The driver will report any accident that occurs inside the vehicle during travel time

• All riders are expected to wear safety belts while vehicle is in use

 

Policies

 

• No playing in the vehicle

• No hitting, spitting, kicking or fighting in the vehicle

• No profanity or obscene language

• No eating or drinking outside of the provided water and healthy snacks

• No gum chewing

• No irate or uncooperative riders

• No personal electronics used or played 

 

Cancellations 

 

• If the client chooses to cancel services provided by The Sisters Transportation LLC, the client will not be refunded for services not rendered for their current monthly charges, payments or deposits. This includes school and private riders.

• The Sisters Transportation LLC has the right to cancel or refuse services if payment is not received or any of the actions listed above are violated.
